On top of that, your doctor is warning you about prediabetes. You might be considering (or already taking) a GLP-1 but don’t want to depend on it forever. Meanwhile, you’re juggling family, work, and stress—stress that shows up as sugar cravings, belly fat, poor sleep, and increased insulin resistance. Add perimenopause and menopause, and the weight gain around your midsection makes it feel impossible to fight.

You may feel stuck in a cycle: always eating but never satisfied, crashing in the afternoons, and wondering if your metabolism is broken. You may feel isolated in your struggle—carrying the shame of failed diets, blood sugar fears, and the exhaustion of starting over. Deep down, you know unresolved shame, anger, or past hurts may also be weighing on your body, showing up as aches, illness, or chronic symptoms.

Most of the health struggles I’ve seen with my clients aren’t just about food and exercise. It actually starts in the body from stress or wounds that hurt our hearts and souls. But once we heal these wounds, manage our stress, focus on sleep and add in nourishing foods along with gentle movement, this is when I see true healing begin.

It’s about healing the whole person, you were created to heal as a whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Wisdom from the Bible and modern research are agreeing: there are habits that truly renew us.

And I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
