Health History

Health Consultation

First Initial Healthy Consultation via phone or on Zoom. You will be given a Health History forms to fill out. We will then go over them together to determine what Lifestyle changes and Health goals you would like to reach. You will also learn about the 6-month Lifestyle Change Program to help you to reach your goals. This program could be the turning point in your life. So, are you ready to make your goals a reality?

Health and Wellness

Lifestyle Health Program

A 6-month Health and Wellness Program where we meet two times a month via phone or Zoom. We will go over your progress and any problem areas you’ve had over the week. At the end of each session, you will walk away with an actionable plan to make improvements to your habits.

Group Coaching

Groups have 4-8 members and meet on an ongoing basis either weekly or monthly with a payment schedule for every 4 weeks. You will learn the same principles that I teach during individual Coaching Session while forming an empathetic community that you can turn to when you’re struggling with healthy eating. No matter your age, we need connection in our lives and having a group of like-minded women to connect with, while at the same time, forming better habits together.

No big deal. We will find a way that is best for you I can promise you, you will thank me. Youdon’t need to be so hard on yourself. It’s all about slow and steady, and progress. You will get there. And I will help you to figure out the right movement for you.
Follow ups will cover everything from what went right to what needs improvement. At the end of each session you will have actionable goals with a plan on how to make that happen.
The initial consultation is a 50-minute zoom appointment where Victoria will learn about your lifestyle, your relationship with food, your history with weight gain and weight loss, and what your future health goals are. At the end of the initial consult, you will be ready to take on the world.
I work with both, over Zoom and over the phone. They both work great.
